Mandi Today provides real-time agricultural commodity prices (mandi bhav) aggregated from government sources, a community marketplace for buying and selling agricultural produce, community chat, market watch for stock indices, and related informational content. All data is sourced from public government databases and is provided for informational purposes.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date mandi prices, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. Commodity prices are sourced from various private and government portals and may have delays or discrepancies. You should independently verify prices before making any financial or commercial decisions. Mandi Today shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on the information provided.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for account registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You shall not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings on the marketplace.
• You shall not use the community chat for spam, hate speech, or illegal content.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Marketplace Terms

Mandi Today acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not participate in, guarantee, or mediate any transactions between users. Buyers and sellers interact at their own risk. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods listed on the marketplace. All disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on Mandi Today — including UI design, branding, logos, and source code — is the intellectual property of Shubham Pratap Singh. Government commodity data displayed on the platform is sourced from public databases and is not claimed as proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mandi Today and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
