2. When a Refund May Be Granted

A refund will be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Payment was deducted successfully but the service (e.g., ad promotion, premium listing) was never activated on the user's account due to a technical error on our end.
• Duplicate payment was charged for the same service.
• The user was charged an incorrect amount due to a system error.

3. When a Refund Will NOT Be Granted

• The service was successfully activated and the user simply changed their mind.
• The user's ad received fewer views or inquiries than expected — we do not guarantee any specific results.
• The listing was removed due to violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraudulent or misleading content).

4. Cancellation

Since our paid services are activated instantly upon payment, cancellation after activation is not possible. If you wish to cancel before payment is processed, simply do not complete the payment. Once payment is completed and the service is activated, the cancellation window is closed.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, follow these steps:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the payment.
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Phone Number]".
3. Include: screenshot of payment confirmation, transaction ID, and description of the issue.

6. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is received and validated, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
